Job Description
General Manager - Corrugated Packaging Lake Geneva, WI This role oversees full operational and financial performance for a corrugated box packaging manufacturing facility in Lake Geneva, WI. The General Manager will be responsible for plant profitability, safety, quality, and production efficiency, while partnering with commercial and sales teams to grow the facility's account base. Schedule Full time. Compensation $200,000 to $290,000 per year. What You'll Do As General Manager, you will drive the plant's profitability while ensuring safety and quality requirements are consistently met. You will develop and implement business plans that align with company goals and overall strategic direction, and you will lead continuous improvement initiatives tied to that strategy. You will build partnerships with commercial and sales business partners to identify growth opportunities for the facility and maintain relationships with key accounts. You will also oversee facility production, driving improvements to meet both short term and long term divisional objectives and achieve optimum efficiency. Required Qualifications Corrugated box (paper to box conversion) manufacturing experience, including corrugator machine experience 5+ years of progressive management experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industry segment management role within corrugated packaging Experience with operational oversight, including budget and financial management Proven ability to lead teams and set clear goal foundations Background in project management with demonstrated success against KPIs such as production efficiency, overhead management, output profitability, and safety and reliability Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field Compensation and Benefits $200,000 to $290,000 per year base salary Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off To apply, submit your resume for consideration.
