What You'll Lead Full community operations, including quality of care, resident and family experience, occupancy, and financial performance A people-first culture: hire, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing care and leadership team Census growth and local presence through strong relationships with families, referral partners, and the North Shore / Milwaukee community Regulatory compliance and licensing standards for a Wisconsin CBRF, while protecting a warm, home-like environment Azura's MOSAIC philosophy and household model so daily life is built around each resident's story, strengths, and preferences Partnership with clinical leaders, regional support, and visiting providers What You Bring Bachelor's degree preferred (business, hospitality, healthcare, or related field desireable) Minimum of three years healthcare leadership required; memory care or long-term care experience is a plus Proven experience hiring, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, and accountability Strong communication and the ability to build trust with residents, families, and team members Ability to meet Wisconsin CBRF administrator requirements (including WALA administrator coursework if not already completed) Willing to relocate to the Milwaukee / North Shore area.
