Job Description:

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in managing the daily operations of the store. This includes but is not limited to: Assisting in the hiring, training, and development of store employees Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and budgets Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Assisting in the implementation of marketing and promotional strategies Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Performing other duties as assigned by the

Store Manager Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous retail or customer service experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
