Assistant General Manager

Hiring an energetic leader with a heart of hospitality to assist with our day to day operations. The professional team player will be our Guest Experience Champion ensuring we are a Great Hotel Guests Love. The AGM plays a vital role in maintaining our award winning status by creating a fun work atmosphere that allows our team to grow and succeed. Daily tasks include overseeing the daily operations of our Front Desk, which includes managing arrivals, departures, ensuring all guest folios ane being urgent in dealing with our guest requests. Assisting with breakfast, housekeeping and maintenance as needed. Qualifications include but are not limited to: A heart of hospitality that will create a professional and fun work atmosphere. 2+ years of proven experience in hospitality, customer service with a leadership background. Exceptional communication skills to solve problems Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks.
