Today Job Description Qualifications This is Your Opportunity As a Manager Trainee, you will work closely with our experienced team to develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and customers. You will have the chance to learn about inventory management, sales techniques, customer service, and more. This hands-on training will provide you with the knowledge and expertise needed to succeed in a management role within our company. Strong communication skills are essential. Must be willing to relocate after training. While a college degree or retail experience is a plus, it is not mandatory. Responsibilities Local management staff members report directly to their Area Supervisor.

Key daily responsibilities include:

Driving store growth through effective sales strategies, in-store promotions, and marketing initiatives. Conducting follow-up calls and mailings to engage with customers and strengthen relationships. Optimizing profitability by efficiently managing employees, inventory, and controlling expenses. Ensuring exceptional customer service at every stage—from the initial rental to timely delivery and continued merchandise support throughout the rental period. Overseeing cash flow, inventory management, purchasing, and accounts receivable to maintain company-approved standards. Recruiting, hiring, and training store personnel to build a competent and motivated team.
