Job Description
Description Overview A nonprofit organization is seeking a Grants Administrator to support the full grant lifecycle, from research through reporting. This role is ideal for someone with early-to-mid level experience who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within a mission-driven environment. Responsibilities + Research and identify federal, state, corporate, and foundation grant opportunities + Assist with preparing and submitting grant applications and proposals + Track submission deadlines and maintain grant calendars + Support grant reporting by compiling data and drafting progress reports + Maintain accurate grant records, files, and compliance documentation + Coordinate with internal teams to gather program and financial information + Monitor awarded grants to ensure adherence to guidelines and deadlines Requirements Qualifications + 2-5 years of grant administration or related nonprofit experience + Experience supporting grant writing, applications, or research + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail + Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities + Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with grant tracking systems a plus + Strong written and verbal communication skills Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
