Job Description:
Responsible for driving the mobile health unit as a new line of service awarded by the Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP) grant via the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). Coordinates with Healthcare Navigator to schedule mobile health unit and locations to provide service. Maintains van and mobile health unit such as getting inspections and maintenance done. Able to utilize telehealth tools. Provides services to Atkinson, Coffee, and Clinch counties. Position is part of a 4-year grant.
Position Responsibilities:
Will work Monday - Thursday, 9 hour days; Friday, 4 hour day.
Competencies:
Competencies:
Knowledge of how client advocacy system operates. Knowledge of community resources and connections. Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Knowledge of basic computer skills.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old to apply and possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record with less than 6 points; CDL preferred. High school diploma and three years of social service delivery to underserved populations OR associate degree in a social service delivery field and one year experience. Case management experience is a plus. Preference given for experience with, or knowledge of trauma informed, resilience-oriented care.
