Job Description

Come join our dynamic, multi-disciplinary team in Lewiston! The ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) Program Supervisor oversees operation and functioning of all aspects of the ACT program, including supporting staff and providing individual or group counseling to individuals with psychotic disorders and other serious mental illness, in community, home, and office-based settings on a limited basis. The ACT Program Supervisor also works collaboratively with other agency departments to best support quality programming and the fiscal health of the programs for which they are responsible.
DUTIES:
Interview, hire, train, supervise and evaluate employees, in conjunction with the Associate Director and/or Director. Assure that employees maintain current Client records and documentation according to Spurwink, billing, regulatory and licensing standards. Monitor productivity expectations of employees and all day-to-day programmatic functions. Provide individual supervision, group supervision (as appropriate) and facilitate staff meetings. Complete administrative functions like referral tracking, productivity management, fiscal reporting and grant oversight. Participate in networking and collaboration opportunities with agency stakeholders and community partners. Carry cases and maintain productivity expectations as determined by the Associate Director and/or Director. Participate in on-call rotation if required by program(s) supervised.
QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in social work or counseling from an accredited school and Maine state licensure required for clinical positions (LCSW, LCPC preferred, LMSW-cc and LCPC-c will be considered). For clinical positions, experience with evidence-based practices, assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental illness and substance use disorders. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership skills and organizational skills. Experience with community-based behavioral health and substance use treatment services.
