Job Description

The Emergency Solutions Grant Supervisor of the Emergency Shelter Services will coordinate with the Executive Director and Administrative Team in efforts to provide an efficient work environment, a direct support for technical assistance and performance evaluation for all assigned staff.
The ESG Supervisor will:
Report to the Executive Director Will advise the agency on updated policies and procedures regarding ESG Grant Will provide accurate and needed information for quarterly and annual audit Will assist with on-boarding and training of program staff Will obtain a Go Section 8 certification, if available Will provide the necessary personnel with year-to-date expenditures and available funds for all grants Will authorize any client admissions and discharges to the program Will operate as the agency administrator in HMIS and will provide all necessary technical assistance to assigned staff Will be present in all meetings that are required, this will include COC/HRN Meetings as well as internal staff meetings Will have a database with staff caseload Will provide written disciplinary notices to assigned staff Will review client profiles prior to requests for Financial Assistance Will monitor assigned staff usage of sick time, PTO and other benefits offered Will provide direct support to staff in the event of an escalation between case manager and the client Perform other duties as assigned.
