Rose Brooks Center, a nonprofit domestic violence agency, is currently seeking a full-time Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) Manager. The PQI Manager will conduct evaluation and monitoring to ensure program operations are consistent with Rose Brooks Center's principles of trauma-informed care, accessibility, diversity and inclusion. This role provides guidance and support for the agency's PQI processes, risk prevention and management efforts, and coordination of accreditation activities. Additional responsibilities include identifying trends, prioritizing and recommending improvements, reducing duplication of efforts, and ensuring compliance with Council on Accreditation standards. The PQI Manager works collaboratively with program directors, the Finance team, and the Development team on grant proposals, grant administration, reporting, and compliance, and maintains positive working relationships with Rose Brooks Center staff and partner agencies.
Other aspects of the position:
Perform all job responsibilities in accordance with agency policies and procedures, while demonstrating proficiency in all RBC competencies and utilizing the principles of trauma informed care, accessibility and diversity and inclusion; demonstrates a commitment to the overall mission of Rose Brooks Center. Attend scheduled staff, team and supervision meetings; participate in all required trainings. This position primarily works on-site; however, there are duties that will be off-site such as attendance to community meetings Develops and maintains positive relationships with Rose Brooks Center's staff and outside agencies
Qualifications:
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
2-5 years of performance and quality improvement experience/and or commensurate combination of education and experience. Experience in program development and project management. Demonstrated initiative, professional judgment, and ability to collaborate with/motivate others; experience in developing and maintaining strong collaborations with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently and organize/manage time effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and guide continuity of care, change and ongoing quality improvement. Experience in grant development, administration and reporting. Experience coordinating performance and quality improvement activities. Skill in application of analytical methods and statistics by developing appropriate reports. Computer literacy and knowledge of computer applications related to PQI, preferably strong skills in Microsoft Excel. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Preferred Education, Experience and Skills:
Experience in accreditation processes.
Hours:
This is a full time, exempt position and requires a minimum of 40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday days but may include some evening and weekend hours. Compensation This position falls into a range starting at $50,000 annually (exempt).
