QuickBooks Full Job Description Job Overview:
The St. Louis Circuit Attorney's Office is seeking an organized and dedicated individual to assist the Victim Services Unit with its grants and financial management. This is an opportunity to grow an organization through the application and management of federal and state grants within a well-established non-profit branch of the Circuit Attorney's Office.
Skills and Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in business, finance, public administration, nonprofit management or similar field. Must possess effective communication skills and ability to work as a part of a team. The qualified individual for this position must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, Quick Books, and have some familiarity with WebGrants.
Duties:
  • Manage all grant funding initiatives related to Victim Services.
  • Identify funding opportunities and develop and submit all proposal materials in a timely manner.
  • Oversee that grant funded staff are in compliance with state and federal funding restrictions. Collect and review timesheets and track professional development.
  • Orient all grant-funded staff on grant requirements, documentation processes, allowable activities, etc.
  • Compile all timesheets, paystubs, fringe reports, receipts, and check requests in order to submit monthly claims and expenditure reports for each grant (VAWA, SSVF, DVSS, and VOCA).
  • Submit necessary documentation and reports to the City of St. Louis Comptroller's Office in order to receive reimbursement.
  • Oversee all grant-funded programs, evaluations, and contracted staff.
  • Approve any expenditures on behalf of Victim Services' Benefits Account while adhering to all grant restrictions.
  • Construct and develop all grant budgets, ensure monthly invoices are aligned with targeted expenditures.
  • Serve as project point of contact for all grants when collaborating with program specialists.
  • Compile all statistical data for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in accordance with grant requirements.
  • Develop and monitor evaluation tools & outcomes for Victim Services' programs.
  • Identify and encourage professional development opportunities for grant-funded staff.
  • Attend any applicable compliance webinars and Notice of Funding Workshops on behalf of Victim Services.
  • Maintain and foster partnerships with community organizations through Memorandums of Understanding, Letters of Collaboration, informal agreements, etc.
  • Other duties, as assigned.
Pay:
$52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
