Job Description:
CHADS Grants Manager will work with the leadership team to write and submit funding proposals, grant research, monitor, evaluate and assess grant writing processes in the Development Department. The Grants Manager will report directly to CHADS Chief Development Officer.Job Responsibilities:
This is a full-time, exempt position. Normal working hours will be Monday- Friday between the hours of 8:00am
- 5:00pm. Occasional night and weekend hours may be required for special events. Manage the agency's portfolio of organizational funders
- including government sources, foundations, and corporations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in grant management/writing Knowledge and understanding of grant funding cycles, application procedures and compliance requirements Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and funder expectations simultaneously A passion for CHADS mission, vision, and values Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)SALARY RANGE
