90,000•95,000 (Doe) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Associate Grant and Resource Development Admin to support the leadership and oversight of the Grant & Resource Development Department. This role plays a key part in managing the full grant lifecycle, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and county requirements, and supporting strategic initiatives tied to grant-funded programs. Key Responsibilities Lead and support grant program operations, including oversight of staff and full lifecycle management Ensure compliance with HUD, federal, state, and county regulations (CDBG, ESG) Manage and support the
HUD NOFO
process across multiple regions Oversee program performance, budgeting, and alignment with organizational goals Serve as primary liaison to HUD, funders, and key stakeholders Minimum Education & Experience Master's degree in Public Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Social Work, Healthcare, or related field 5-7+ years of experience in grant management 2-5+ years of experience with HUD NOFO, Balance of State (BOS), and Continuum of Care (AZ) 5+ years of experience in nonprofit or grant-making organizations 5+ years managing ESG and CDBG grants Experience with grant systems (e.g., SAGE, eRA Commons) Demonstrated success leading large-scale initiatives, change management, and organizational transformation Apply here!

Pay Details:
