Job Description

The Minnesota Homeownership Center (HOC) is a statewide nonprofit advancing sustainable homeownership. We support a network of community-based organizations that provide homebuyer education and advising services across Minnesota. We're seeking a Grant Compliance & Network Support Manager to help ensure our network meets grant, regulatory, and reporting requirements—while also supporting organizations to deliver high-quality homeownership services. Our approach to grantmaking and compliance emphasizes partnership, coaching, and continuous learning—helping organizations meet requirements while strengthening the quality and impact of their services. This is a relationship-driven role that blends: Compliance oversight Grant reporting Training and technical assistance Ongoing support to partner organizations You'll work closely with network organizations, internal teams, and funders to strengthen compliance, build capacity, and improve outcomes. What You'll Do Manage relationships with a portfolio of partner organizations, including funded grantees Monitor compliance with grant requirements and review reports for accuracy and completeness Provide training, technical assistance, and coaching to support both compliance and program quality Support grant administration, including reimbursements and reporting Conduct monitoring reviews and identify opportunities to reduce risk and improve processes Partner with internal teams and network members to improve data quality, recordkeeping and reporting Contribute to continuous improvement across the network What You Bring Experience in grant or contract compliance, program evaluation, or a related field Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders Strong communication skills, including translating complex requirements and delivering trainings Experience managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail Familiarity with data or client management systems (Salesforce or similar preferred)

Compensation:
$70,600-$80,700 + strong benefits, including 11 paid holidays, health insurance (90% employer-paid for employees and 50% employer-paid for dependents), 7% employer retirement contribution +
PTO Location:
Hybrid role (minimum 2 days/week in Saint Paul office). Occasional travel, including possible overnight stays.
