Marissa's House & Prevention Manager Full-Time | Exempt Lead Programs. Strengthen Communities. Change Lives. Call to Freedom is seeking a Marissa's House & Prevention Manager to provide leadership for our residential and prevention services programs. What You'll Do As the Marissa's House & Prevention Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for Marissa's House and Prevention Services while ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care and effective prevention programming.
Key responsibilities include:
Supervising and supporting a multidisciplinary team of case managers, prevention professionals, and advocates. Overseeing daily operations of Marissa's House, including admissions, referrals, staffing coordination, and service delivery. Leading prevention education initiatives, community outreach efforts, awareness campaigns, and professional training programs. Building and maintaining strong partnerships with schools, healthcare providers, law enforcement, social service agencies, and community stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with agency policies, accreditation requirements, grant-funded program expectations, and reporting standards. Supporting staff development through coaching, training, performance management, and ongoing leadership. Monitoring program quality, outcomes, and documentation to ensure excellence in service delivery. Providing direct advocacy, crisis response, and case management support when needed. Collaborating with agency leadership to strengthen programs, improve services, and advance organizational goals. What We're Looking For Qualified candidates will have: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Criminal Justice, Public Health, Education, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in human services, victim services, residential programs, prevention education, or related fields. At least 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience. Experience working with individuals impacted by trauma, exploitation, sexual violence, or human trafficking strongly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a trauma-informed and client-centered approach.
