Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and visionary Program Director to lead and oversee impactful community programs dedicated to social well-being and public health. In this pivotal role, you will drive program development, coordinate diverse initiatives, and foster strong partnerships with stakeholders. Your leadership will inspire teams, engage volunteers, and ensure the successful delivery of programs that make a meaningful difference in the community. Duties Develop organizational skills that are needed to adhere to demands of a Program Director. Lead and supervise program staff and volunteers, providing mentorship and support to ensure high performance and engagement. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently to meet program objectives. Coordinate outreach efforts through marketing strategies, social media management, and family engagements to raise awareness and increase participation. Collect, analyze, and report data related to program outcomes to inform continuous improvement efforts. Foster partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, and stakeholders to expand program reach and impact. Oversee fundraising initiatives, grant applications, and administrative tasks necessary for program sustainability. Qualifications Proven experience in supervising teams or managing volunteers within social work, public health, or related fields. Strong background in program development, project management, and social media marketing. Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of recruiting, training, and motivating staff or volunteers. Experience in data collection methods and analyzing results to guide program improvements. Prior experience working in early education settings or public school settings. Ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience in fundraising activities or grant writing is a plus.
