Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clothing Sorter to join our thrift store team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently sorting, organizing, and managing all donated clothing items. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where teamwork and attention to detail drive success. Responsibilities Sort incoming clothing items by size, style, condition, and category. Conduct quality checks on clothing for damage or defects, ensuring only suitable items proceed onto the floor. Organize and restock clothing items throughout the store Support warehouse staff in maintenance tasks such as cleaning work areas, restocking, and sorting through other donations Qualifications Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for sorting and inventory control tasks. Physical ability to perform moderate heavy lifting regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts .
