Glendora Employment Agency, Inc. is a boutique staffing firm located in the foothills of the San Gabriel Valley. We specialize in connecting local employers with local talent. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate and Cleanroom Technician for a manufacturing company in Irwindale.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties for this position include, but are not limited to: Pre-clean parts and components by removing debris and contaminants. Inspect incoming parts for damage or defects. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments. Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment. Maintain accurate inventory records and stock materials. Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control. Label, package, and stage materials for shipment. Complete shipping and inventory documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. Follow company quality and safety procedures. Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications demonstrated through previous work experience : Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, or manufacturing experience required. Inventory control and material handling experience preferred. Must be willing to adhere to Class 10,000 cleanroom standards, including following strict cleanliness procedures to prevent outside debris and contaminants from entering the cleanroom. Experience inspecting products or materials for quality or damage. Ability to use basic hand tools and cleaning equipment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Basic computer and inventory tracking skills preferred. Dependable, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
