Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ability to work well with Supervisor, other Leads, and all associates Maintain a safe and organized work area Maintain records and the ability to communicate the results clearly and accurately Monitor associates work progress to ensure the integrity of the department Resolve all discrepancies, using EXE, by end of workday Create count books, verify, adjust, and research problems Count existing problems from shipping and receiving Accurately perform counts on all adjustments and follow all inventory practices Assist in computer data entry and paperwork transfers of product throughout all of the company divisions Other duties as assigned Mostly second shift, however, must work flexible schedule to include a variety of shifts, to include weekends
Qualifications:
The following are preferred or desired unless specifically stated: Enjoy working with people. Dependable, maintaining good attendance Team player and positive motivator Have a broad understanding of operations in shipping and receiving, recalls, and reclamation Computer skills sufficient to navigate our systems (will train to code date, use EXE, count books, look up product, basic excel) Good math skills with an ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide Work in Perishables/Freezer areas which is refrigerated and cold, work in other departments as needed Ability to perform paperwork and computer work that is in English Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends (Including Sunday's), nights, and days as needed or scheduled. Strength to lift, push, or pull objects weighing up to 75 pounds on a regular basis, able to pick up from floor level to waist level, and sometimes shoulder level.
