What You Will Be Doing Join our team as an Order Administration Coordinator and play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our Golf Clubs Raw Materials Warehouse. In this role, you will create, allocate, and release component orders while ensuring order accuracy and completeness throughout the production process. You will monitor aging orders, investigate and resolve order exceptions, and assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counting and reconciliation. Additional responsibilities include maintaining department records and documentation while collaborating with warehouse, inventory, and manufacturing teams to support efficient operations. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with data and inventory systems, we'd love to hear from you. What You Bring High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum two (2) years of order processing, inventory control, or related experience. Experience working with inventory management and order processing systems; ERP system experience preferred. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. Strong data entry and typing skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to monitor and manage multiple orders while meeting daily deadlines. Experience researching, reconciling, and resolving order discrepancies and exceptions. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments. Ability to work primarily in an office environment with frequent walking between warehouse, inventory, and manufacturing areas. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
