Overview The Operations Team is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented team member to help keep our inventory, logistics, and production operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and can balance warehouse responsibilities, inventory management, transportation, and computer-based tasks in a fast-paced environment. You'll play an important role in keeping customer content secure, accurately tracking materials throughout the facility, and making sure items move efficiently from receiving through processing, storage, and final disposition. Receive, process and store paper content and boxes into designated locations throughout the production facility. Document all inventoried and non-inventoried movements to ensure the accuracy of company records. Load, transport, and deliver items to/from clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner. Input, maintain, and audit inventory data in our inventory software applications. Report on inventory errors or issues in a clear, concise, and organized manner. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving inventory discrepancies. Operate light and heavy equipment as needed; e.g. hand trucks, dollies, forklifts, etc. Follow company security protocol to ensure the confidentiality of customer data. Package and palletize outgoing shipments. Shred paper using various types of equipment. Perform other duties as assigned. Prior domestic and international shipping experience and familiarity with FedEx or UPS shipping software is a plus, but not required Intermediate Excel/spreadsheet skills preferred, but not requiredRequirements:
2+ years of experience performing jobs with detailed-oriented procedures/processes. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Driver's license with a clean driving record. Good interpersonal skills and comfortable working well with all team members. Strong organization and time management skills, attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and communicate progress or issues with assigned tasks from the supervisor. Capable of performing under deadlines and multiple requests. Ability to lift/pull/push up to 40 lbs with assistance multiple times per shift. Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Must be comfortable in an operations/warehouse environment with various activities nearby. Must be able to work at a computer for long periods of time.Perks:
