ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive, store, and distribute materials, supplies and equipment. Maintains accurate records of received and distributed items. Inspect deliveries for discrepancies and resolve any issues with suppliers. Compares information on requisitions, invoices and shipping notices to material received or issued to verify accuracy of order Completes regular audits and counts of inventory, reporting and resolving discrepancies; assist with period physical inventory audits. Prepares requests for procurement of materials May mark identifying information on material. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Operates forklift truck when necessary. Performs other related duties as requested
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
: Minimum 1-year previous experience in same or similar position Knowledge of materials and hardware handling. Basic understanding of inventory control procedures Ability to complete basic math calculations Able to work with the Microsoft Office suite of software including Excel and Word. Experience with Epicor or other ERP plus. Experience in Forklift operations and ability to be certified as a Karman driver a must
