As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Clerk to join our team.Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting daily warehouse operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product accuracy within our Warehouse Management System (WMS), reducing discrepancies, and supporting efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in cycle counting and inventory control processes.Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily and weekly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner Maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Use RF scanners to locate, track, and manage inventory Assist with receiving, labeling, and put-away of inbound shipments Identify and correct missed scans, misplaced inventory, and system inaccuracies Support picking, packing, and verification processes as needed Work closely with warehouse team to improve inventory processes and accuracy Maintain organization of inventory locations and problem pallets Communicate inventory issues clearly to leadership and team membersQualifications:
Previous warehouse inventory or inventory control experience required Strong experience with cycle counting and reconciliation processes Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, basic formulas, reporting) Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Hands-on experience with RF scanning equipment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment Strong communication and teamwork skillsPreferred Qualifications:
Experience in a 3PL or high-volume distribution environment Familiarity with inventory reporting and process improvementPhysical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed Comfortable working in a warehouse environmentJob Type:
