Safety shoes / steel toe required (provided if needed) Position Overview We are seeking an Inventory Representative to support warehouse, cleanroom, and production operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for inventory control, material tracking, and ensuring timely and accurate movement of materials to production areas. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, safety‑focused, and experienced in inventory management within a semiconductor or manufacturing warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and components against purchase orders and specifications Track, manage, and maintain accurate inventory levels within ERP systems Safely transport materials between warehouse, cleanroom, and production areas using equipment such as pallet jacks and carts Perform inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, and adjustments Package and label materials according to internal procedures and industry standards Support kitting and staging of materials for production use Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, adhering to ESD and contamination control protocols Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits Follow all safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills & Qualifications 1-2 years of related experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or material handling Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or manufacturing warehousing inventory preferred Familiarity with cleanroom environments and contamination control practices Experience using inventory systems and ERP software (Oracle preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer literacy and effective communication skills Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
