Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Inventory Manager to support one of the largest Autonomous Vehicle Partners in the country. This role will be located in Mountain View, California, 5 days a week onsite. There will be 2 aspects of this position, Shipping and Receiving and Inventory Management. Shipping & Receiving Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Receive, inspect, and document high-value materials and equipment. Coordinate the secure handling and storage of sensitive and expensive inventory. Maintain shipping and receiving records while adhering to company procedures. Inventory Management Support inventory control activities for R D materials, components, and prototypes. Track and manage inventory within ERP systems, including participation in the organization's migration from Plex to NetSuite. Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities. Ensure inventory accuracy for low-volume, high-value materials. There is a large emphasis on the detail of handling fragile and sensitive materials, including: Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) Optical components Lenses Sensors Other prototype and development materials Occasionally you will offer: Cleanroom Support Access and work within cleanroom environments as required. Follow cleanroom protocols and contamination control procedures. Handle sensitive materials in accordance with cleanroom standards.
