Part-Time Inventory Clerk Pay:
$16.90/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, ~20 hours/week Training Hours (First 1-2 Weeks): 2:00 PM - 6:00
PM Regular Hours:
6:30 AM - 10:30 AM About Us Located in Ontario, California, CNC Machining & Engineering specializes in high-precision CNC machining services for a wide range of industries. We pride ourselves on delivering reliable, high-quality results through expert craftsmanship and attention to detail. Position Overview We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves handling a high volume of small parts daily, where accuracy is critical. Even small mistakes can have a big impact, so strong attention to detail and organization are essential for success in this position. Important Schedule Information This is a part-time morning position after training . For the first 1-2 weeks, training will take place from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM . After training is completed, the permanent schedule will shift to 6:30 AM - 10:30 AM, Monday through Friday . Applicants must be available for both the training schedule and the long-term morning hours. Key Responsibilities Count, label, and store small inventory parts in a precise and organized manner Perform routine cycle counts and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records Maintain a clean, structured inventory system for easy tracking and traceability Process daily orders accurately and in a timely manner Consolidate inventory while ensuring records remain correct Assemble/tube parts efficiently while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow instructions carefully and complete tasks accurately Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage time effectively and maintain productivity Previous experience in an office or similar structured work environment preferred What We're Looking For This role is ideal for someone who: Takes pride in being organized Double-checks their work for accuracy Works efficiently without sacrificing quality Thrives in a structured, detail-focused environment
