Warehouse & Inventory Associate

In The Mix Events is looking for a full-time, in-person Warehouse Person to support day-to-day warehouse operations and assist the current warehouse manager. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The right person will help with inventory management, warehouse organization, order fulfillment, and general warehouse support to keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Support the warehouse manager with daily warehouse operations Help reset and organize the warehouse Label inventory accurately and maintain organization Assist with inventory tracking and management Pack and ship orders in a timely and accurate manner Prepare items for fulfillment and delivery Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and efficient Help store equipment, materials, and inventory properly Assist with loading, unloading, and moving items as needed Provide general warehouse support to improve workflow and efficiency Qualifications Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping, or fulfillment experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Able to work independently and follow instructions Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet Able to lift and move boxes, equipment, and inventory as needed Reliable, punctual, and consistent Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Basic inventory or labeling experience is a plus Ideal Candidate Enjoys hands-on work Likes keeping things organized Takes pride in accurate and efficient work Notices when something is out of place and fixes it Can support day-to-day operations without needing constant direction Schedule Full-time In-person Day shift
