Full Job Description Location:

Rancho Cucamonga, CA Schedule:

Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM•3:40 PM (flexible based on operations)

Pay Rate:

$19•20/hr (based on experience) Overview We are hiring a detail-oriented Inventory Control Associate to support daily inventory operations. This role focuses on cycle counting, inventory accuracy, and assisting with discrepancy resolution in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Perform cycle counts and inventory audits Identify and report inventory discrepancies Maintain accurate records in WMS Assist with inbound and outbound inventory verification Support inventory organization and location control Work with team members to resolve inventory issues Follow safety procedures and company policies Qualifications Warehouse or inventory experience preferred Familiar with WMS and RF scanners Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills Bilingual (English/Mandarin) preferred to support team communication Forklift experience is a plus Physical Requirements Lift up to 40 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation) Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift Why Join Us Stable full-time opportunity Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow into lead roles Company Overview Western Post is a third-party logistics and warehousing company supporting fast-growing e-commerce and distribution operations across multiple locations.
