This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring products are properly accounted for within the warehouse through counting, verifying, and auditing merchandise. 35 USD hourly Essential Requirements for Inventory Control Associate Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during a shift. Must be able to lift, carry, and move boxes as required by warehouse operations. Must be able to meet established Units Per Hour (UPH) productivity goals. Skills and Qualifications for Inventory Control Associate Operate RF scanners to track and verify inventory levels. Utilize warehouse management systems to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy when performing inventory counts. Maintain focus and efficiency while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Role Responsibilities for Inventory Control Associate Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records. Verify incoming and outgoing merchandise to maintain data integrity.
