This part-time role is critical to maintaining an efficient product flow, ensuring all incoming items are properly received, evaluated, and prepared for pricing in a clean and organized environment. Your proactive approach will help maintain accurate inventory levels, support order fulfillment, and uphold the highest standards of inventory organization. Duties Receive and process incoming product with accuracy and consistency. Inspect products for damage or discrepancies upon arrival, verifying quantities against purchase orders or delivery manifests. Document and communicate quality concerns through appropriate channels. Prepare and stage product for pricing and distribution. Apply thoughtful pricing judgment within established guidelines. Coordinate workflow by assigning tasks related to pricing and preparation. Maintain a clean, orderly, and uncluttered processing area at all times. Monitor workflow and step in where needed to keep operations moving efficiently. Communicate issues or exceptions to management when appropriate. Prepare products for storage by stocking shelves or designated areas. Skills Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and verifying quantities during intake processes with attention to detail to maintain inventory accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety protocols. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members across various processing functions. Strong work ethic and reliability while taking ownership of responsibilities. Organized, efficient, and proactive in maintaining workflow. Good judgment and clear communication skills. Previous experience in retail, inventory, leadership or product handling is a plus.
