Full Time Warehouse Returns Associate Qualifications Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail A quick learner, with the ability to take initiative to get the job done and willingness (and ability) to handle the pressures of increasing processing needs Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours) Lift up to 35 pounds Ability to use a computer Responsibilities A warehouse returns associate is responsible for ensuring all returns are accurately and efficiently restocked. This includes but is not limited to quality control, inspection, steaming, folding, and restocking. Ensuring inventory accuracy, using systems including our returns portal. Communicating with cross functional partners & reporting on KPI's. Continually organizing the warehouse to optimize work flow.
