Job Summary Lithologie Co. is a growing online women's clothing brand looking for a part-time Warehouse Inventory & Fulfillment Associate . We operate from an approximately 1,700 sq. ft. office and warehouse , so this is not a large distribution center or heavy-equipment warehouse position. Our inventory system is straightforward and primarily involves Shopify, barcode labels, bin locations, garment tagging, and keeping merchandise organized and ready to ship. The primary responsibility of this position is inventory receiving and organization . You will receive incoming clothing deliveries, verify quantities, match merchandise to the correct Shopify products and variants, print barcode labels, assign or confirm bin locations, prepare merchandise for inventory, and put everything away accurately. We are growing quickly, so our immediate priority is getting existing and incoming inventory completely barcoded, tagged, bagged, organized, and assigned to the correct locations. This role will also help with returns and order fulfillment as needed. We are looking for someone who is comfortable doing a little bit of everything and who can eventually take real ownership of the day-to-day inventory workflow. The right person is energetic, extremely detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and a self-starter who notices what needs to be done and keeps things moving without constant supervision. Responsibilities Inventory & Receiving — Primary Responsibility Receive and open incoming clothing deliveries Count merchandise and verify quantities received Match items to the correct Shopify product, SKU, size, and variant Print and apply barcode labels Assign new merchandise to warehouse bin locations Update or verify inventory locations in Shopify Attach required merchandise barcose tags Fold and bag clothing as needed Put completed inventory into its correct location Maintain organized, accurate inventory throughout the warehouse Help reorganize bin locations as inventory levels change Identify inventory discrepancies and correct them rather than passing the problem along Returns Process returned merchandise Inspect clothing to make sure it is ready to be resold Rebag merchandise when necessary Lightly steam clothing when needed so it is presentable again Verify tags/barcodes Return merchandise to the correct inventory location Fulfillment & General Warehouse Help Attach hangtags and finish preparing merchandise for sale Pick customer orders Double-check items, sizes, and quantities before shipment Fold, bag, and pack customer orders Print shipping labels and prepare packages for pickup Help keep packing and inventory areas clean and organized Assist with other hands-on warehouse tasks as needed What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is very detail-oriented and naturally organized . This is a good position for someone who enjoys making sure everything has a place and everything is where it belongs. You should be comfortable working independently, learning our Shopify inventory system, switching between tasks when priorities change, and taking initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do next. Previous experience with inventory, Shopify, ecommerce fulfillment, retail stockrooms, receiving, barcoding, or apparel is helpful, but strong attention to detail, reliability, and work ethic are equally important.
