Shipping/ Receiving & Inventory Control (Bilingual) Shipping/Receiving Inventory Specialist
Location:
Boynton Beach, FL 33426
Pay Rate:
$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Position Overview
Sonicare Solutions is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Inventory Specialist to assist with daily warehouse and inventory operations. The ideal candidate is organized, works with a sense of urgency, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Receive, sort, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory
Stock and stack products in designated areas
Pull, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Load and organize outgoing shipments
Verify inventory and shipments for accuracy
Review and process invoices and Bills of Lading (BOLs)
Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records
Assist with general inventory and warehouse organization
Communicate effectively with team members regarding orders and shipments
Qualifications
Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred
Experience working with invoices and Bills of Lading
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work efficiently with a sense of urgency
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
