7am-3pm About the Role We're looking for a candidate with strong carpentry expertise including framing, finish, and rough carpentry, as well as cabinetry and millwork installation. They'll need to be highly proficient in using hand, power, and pneumatic tools, with the ability to read blueprints, perform accurate measurements, and execute precise material take-offs. Their solid mathematical background supports calculating angles, cuts, and material requirements while minimizing waste. Physically capable and safety-focused, they excel in demanding environments requiring stamina, manual dexterity, and adherence to OSHA standards. With strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication, they consistently deliver high-quality work while collaborating efficiently with team members and stakeholders. Technical Skills Core Carpentry Framing

Skills:
2+ years in a warehouse environment Safety is a top priority it is imperative that the employee strictly adheres to established safety protocols and guidelines. This includes but is not limited to, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), following safe operating procedures, and participating in regular safety training sessions. Employee must be able to lift 50 lbs. An attitude of world-class quality, attention to detail, and dedication. Communication skills within a highly technical environment. Mathematical skills Analytical skills to define problems, collect appropriate and relevant data, establish facts, and draw reasonable conclusions from gathered information. Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion. Previous certified forklift experience
