$31 per hour Responsibilities Continuous improvement: evaluate/monitor/escalate a roadblock identified while working in a role that can cause a defect downstreamSupport root cause analysis and provide details with problem-solving skillsProperly use equipment to support the role, including fundamental knowledge and skills in operating heavy equipment (primarily PIT equipment/forklifts)Operate equipment needed to move heavy parts/material throughout the facilities within the sites, including but not limited to: electronic pallet jacks (EPJs), forklifts, reach-trucks and turret-trucksReceive shipments: unload shipments delivered by carriersInspect shipments: visually examine packages arriving at the Fulfillment Center and determine if acceptable according to a standard operating procedurePerform quality control checks: review requirements for each part number and process accordingly to the standard operating procedureDocument receipts: use tools and equipment to systematically upload, store, and follow standard operating procedures to completely close out a receipt or work orderData entry: navigate and select fields within an inventory management tool to input data directly coming from the physical delivery of a part; navigate through modules and read information as needed for a specific task of

identify what type of packaging is needed for parts; properly wrap/store parts with packaging at any stage of the Fulfillment/Manufacturing workflowSorting and staging: move packages/boxes/crates/any storage container while identified and secure to prevent loss within the workflowLabeling and marking: ensure all parts are part labeled with identifiers outlined in the standard operating procedure to analyze parts through the workflowStorage assignment/auditing: properly store and use good judgement along with the standard operating procedure for the storage of parts that could be individual or in bulk; audit per a standard operating procedure Requirements Describe your fulfillment operations experience, specifically inventory counting, receiving experience, and packing experience (Include years of experience and companies where you have done this type of work)Ability to derive inventory requirements from Bills of Material experience (describe)Experience receiving or shipping inventory (describe any receiving, put-away, picking/kitting, or shipping experience)Have operated a forkliftAbility to lift 50lbsFlexibility working other shiftsThis is an outdoor role in the sunlight, lifting heavy items in tight spacesContinuous improvement and problem-solving skills to support root cause analysis and provide details System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
