Inventory Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking stock levels, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain inventory levels across the warehouse or facility Perform regular cycle counts and full inventory audits Accurately record incoming and outgoing shipments Update inventory data in company systems (Excel, WMS, or ERP) Identify and resolve discrepancies in stock levels Label, organize, and store inventory properly Assist with receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accuracy Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Good organizational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with inventory management software (WMS, SAP, or similar) Forklift certification (a plus, not required) Experience in high-volume warehouse environments

Pay:

$22.40 - $26.90 per hour
