Inventory Associate

Job Description:

StrategyA LLC is a growing marketing and advertising company that helps businesses expand their brand presence through strategic campaigns and promotional solutions. As part of our operations, we manage a wide range of marketing materials, promotional products, and campaign assets. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Associate to support the tracking, management, and distribution of company inventory used for marketing and promotional activities.

Responsibilities:

Track, organize, and maintain inventory of marketing materials and promotional items Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality Prepare and distribute materials for marketing campaigns and client projects Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies Update inventory records using internal systems or spreadsheets Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure timely availability of materials Assist with packaging and shipping promotional products when required Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient storage area

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or administrative support is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems, data entry) Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs as needed Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Team player with good communication skills

Pay:

$21.90 - $22.70 per hour
