Warehouse Attendant

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations through shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment activities. Why RelaDyne? Competitive pay Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Health Savings Account (HSA) Generous PTO and sick time Career growth opportunities with an industry leader Responsibilities Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Inspect and verify incoming products before storage Pick, pack, stock, and fulfill customer orders Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment Operate pumps, motors, and related equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work collaboratively with team members to ensure quality and timely order fulfillment Perform routine maintenance and care of company equipment Complete other duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience Previous forklift operating experience Ability to work nights, overtime, and weekends as needed Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Stable employment history Ability to communicate effectively in English to safely perform job duties Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds continuously Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, crawl, reach, and perform physical warehouse activities throughout the shift Ability to work in varying weather conditions Preferred Qualifications Experience using handheld scanners and electronic inventory systems Experience with inventory control processes Experience with oil and fuel dehydration and filtration systems Experience servicing pumps, motors, and filtration equipment
