This position ensures that maintenance teams have the tools, parts, and documentation they need, while also supporting warehouse logistics such as receiving, shipping, and materials handling. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Typical Duties and Responsibilities Maintain accurate records of parts, tools, and materials issued and returned in the storeroom.

Assist with scheduling and tracking routine maintenance and repairs for equipment and facilities.

Receive, verify, and stock incoming maintenance supplies and warehouse shipments.

Communicate with maintenance staff, vendors, and warehouse personnel to coordinate materials and services.

Use SAP software to report on KPI's regarding inventory accuracy, stock outs, and cost reduction objectives.

Prepare accurate bills of lading, shipping documents, and reports as required.

Support outbound shipments by directing drivers, verifying load documentation, and maintaining seal logs.

Monitor trailer and material capacity; coordinate with spotters for trailer moves.

Ensure compliance with Fuji safety standards, workplace policies, and regulatory requirements.

File and organize maintenance and warehouse documentation for easy retrieval.

Assist in material handling activities including receiving, put-away, picking, and loading as needed.

Perform other administrative or operational tasks as assigned by leadership. Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience in warehouse, storeroom, or maintenance support role preferred.

Familiarity with maintenance skilled trade operations, safety protocols, and inventory control a plus.

Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data. SAP systems experience a plus. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills with high attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments.

Effective time management skills; ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced settings.

Good visual acuity and manual dexterity for inspecting and recording inventory.

Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy under pressure.

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.

Desire and ability to learn material handling equipment (MHE). Physical and Work Environment Requirements Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours daily.

Ability to lift and move 50-100 lbs. regularly.

Frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching above the head and below the waist.

Work may require irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Ability to work in environments with variable noise, temperature, and lighting conditions.

Must be able to access all areas of warehouse and plant facilities.
