An Inventory Associate monitors warehouse inventory and places orders with vendors for supplies. Conducts regular or occasional audits of inventory or sections of a warehouse.
This is not a remote role. Applicants must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.

Job Description:
Count, organize, and stock inventory in designated storage locations. Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software and spreadsheets. Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock or replenishment needs. Issue tools, supplies, parts, and materials to employees and departments. Perform routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Label, organize, and maintain clean, orderly warehouse and storage areas. Assist with loading and unloading deliveries when necessary. Maintain accurate documentation for receiving, transfers, and inventory transactions. Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
Position Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and data entry. Experience with inventory management software is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
