Job Description

Warehouse/Inventory Assistant The Musco Specialty Manufacturing Team has an opening for a Warehouse/Inventory Assistant at our Oskaloosa office . This position will focus on the control and distribution of manufacturing/assembly material. If your experience aligns with the qualifications outlined below, we look forward to hearing from you!
Essential Criteria:
High school diploma or equivalent Electric fork truck experience a plus Good typing and computer skills Basic knowledge of inventory control systems Technical understanding of product manufacturing Excellent oral and written communication skills Basic math skills Ability to assess what needs to be done and then implement plans to achieve required results
Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain Kanban levels as defined to ensure inventory accuracy Notify Purchasing when inventory levels drop to zero or below specified minimum as set on each part Unload and verify received parts & inventory counts and enter receipt entries Vantage software Fulfill material requisitions as requested by Assembly Coordinate movement of inventoried parts to maximize space Verify weekly & monthly cycle counts of inventoried parts Maintain first in, first out inventory procedures Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse Other duties as assigned
Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm, Overtime as required Who is
