Provides administrative support for inventory processes and assists with customer merchandise pickups. Essential Responsibilities Receive, inspect, unpack, repack, stock, locate, and move merchandise as needed. Accurately process and maintain documentation for transfers, deliveries, RTVs, purchase orders, and inventory transactions. Ensure all merchandise, parts, styles, fabrics, and related products are properly identified, tagged, and labeled. Maintain accurate inventory records utilizing RF scanners and inventory management systems. Assist with cycle counts, audits, inventory reconciliations, and error reporting. Identify and correct inventory discrepancies, including misidentified or incorrectly tagged merchandise. Match packing slips to purchase orders and promptly communicate any discrepancies. Maintain organized files and records for incoming product, purchase orders, transfers, deliveries, and RTVs. Ensure proper merchandise flow and documentation throughout the warehouse and store. Perform routine administrative and clerical duties to support inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Operate warehouse equipment, including compactors and balers, as trained and assigned. Support customer pickup operations by locating, preparing, and releasing merchandise accurately and efficiently. High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and associates and compose emails and reports. Basic computer skills with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret information from computer screens and paper documents. Ability to read, count, and perform basic mathematical calculations accurately. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb ladders as required. Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day. Comply with all safety and security policies and promptly report concerns to management.
