Recoup Associate Monday

• Morris, IL 2-3 month assignment Inspect returned, damaged, or defective appliances and parts.

Determine whether items can be repaired, refurbished, or need to be discarded. Repackage items for resale or storage, ensuring they meet quality standards. Clean, test, and minor repair of appliances when required. Accurately log findings and actions taken in warehouse management systems (WMS). Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for large or heavy appliances. Collaborate with inventory control and quality assurance teams to track and update product status. Maintain a clean and organized recoup area. Identify patterns in product damage and communicate findings to management. Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle audits, as needed.
