What You'll Do:
The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate reporting of inventory through cycle counts and quality control verification. Read work orders and receive verbal instructions for work assignments Review spreadsheets to locate new products that will be arriving in the facility Slot items and maintain correct minimum and maximum pick amounts based on the type and velocity of the product Assist departments with quality control issues including: out-of-date product, new minimum and maximum pick amounts and products affected by manufacturer defects Prepare product to be distributed for close-out based on specific reports Perform functions, accountabilities and supporting activities while complying with safety procedures, rules and regulations including GMP guidelines Candidate must have reliable transportation, flexible schedule, solid attendance and a positive, professional attitude
Requirements What We're Looking For:
Candidate must have the ability to read, write and understand English, including identifying numbers Excellent verbal and written communication and follow up skills Extraordinary attention to detail and good time-management Independent problem solving skills Work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment Proficient computer skills, Google preferred Experience with Infor, preferred
