Job Description

First Shift- Monday-Thursday 5pm-330am Under general supervision, performs a variety of assignments, both technical and clerical, to receive, inspect, store and ship material, but not limited to receipt, control, preparation, material distribution, records, and reports. Receives general direction on new assignment aspects and instructions as to how to perform required tasks and results expected. Duties require manual, clerical, and data entry skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create reclists for inbound receipts. Maintain the inbound dockmap Maintain the inbound log Review and verify the inventory for receipt discrepancies prior to verifying the reclist Review and verify completed reclists Respond to location checks over the radio Maintain the BLR folders and Michelin BLR system including block orders, sorts, and treatments Maintain all BLR tires physically and systematically including daily/weekly counts, wrapping the tires, etc. Maintain the TNC5 Status Report Create movelists for FSA Review and verify movelists for FSA Maintain the FSA productivity report Maintain the aged tires report Physically and systematically reclass tires due to age, requests from Michelin, etc. Interface with carriers and Michelin Customer Service Count and reconcile the racks in the warehouse Investigate the inventory for customer OSD's Investigate all overages, shortages, and damages found in the warehouse Investigate all reason code 1 cutbacks Maintain the Inventory VAS log for BLRs, reclass tires, scrapped tires, etc. Complete weekly empty bin counts File all verified reclists, unloaders reclists, movelists, and RLOs Schedule Live Unloads with inbound carriers Maintain all locations and products on hold Any other duties assigned by the Site Manager or Quality/IC Manager This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed in this position; they are only the major duties.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Computer skills must include excel, word and email Communication skills with customers required Forklift certified or able to obtain certification Must be able to lift 55 lbs.
