This energetic position involves conducting detailed inventory counts, verifying stock accuracy, and ensuring seamless materials handling processes. As an integral part of our logistics team, you will help optimize warehouse efficiency, uphold safety standards, and support overall inventory management. Responsibilities Perform regular cycle counts of inventory across various warehouse locations using RF scanners and manual counting methods Verify stock accuracy by comparing physical counts with system records, identifying discrepancies promptly Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and load & unload machinery to facilitate inventory movement Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently Support order picking processes by accurately selecting items for outbound shipments using order picker equipment Follow safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards during all manual handling and heavy equipment operations Maintain detailed records of inventory adjustments, cycle count results, and audit reports to ensure data integrity Requirements Proven experience in warehouse distribution or warehouse operations, including inventory management and materials handling Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, crane, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment Strong knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and OSHA regulations for manual handling and heavy lifting Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counting and data entry tasks Familiarity with RF scanners, order picking procedures, shipping & receiving processes, and load & unload operations Prior experience in warehouse supervisor roles or overseeing warehouse activities is a plus but not required Excellent manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy loads safely and efficiently in compliance with safety standards Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure smooth warehouse operations Join us in creating an efficient, safe, and accurate warehouse environment!
