Job Description

The pharmaceutical industry continues to expand creating new job opportunities within our company. Summary We are currently looking for Production Support Processor for 1st shift. Responsibilities/Duties Assist in creating and modifying job orders in internal inventory system. Create bulk and finished goods batch record folders and work with Document Control to initiate batch records. Plan manufacturing and batching schedules. Check component availability. Check folder contents of issued batch records and release them for use to Batching and Production departments. Audit Production and Batching batch records and folder contents. Complete Accountability/Traceability page and Production Yield page on batch records. Process job orders (inventory relief/create finish goods/process sterilized product job orders and receive sterilized product with purchase orders) and other miscellaneous inventory transactions within Syteline as needed. Collect shipping information paperwork for completed product for shipping dept. Research inventory discrepancies and variances. Work within Production, Batching and Warehouse personnel to find/fix inventory issues. Invoice customer shipments, perform physical inventory, Document filing and other related duties as needed. Position Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Previous manufacturing, warehouse and office experience- Preferred. Strong computer skills including Microsoft excel, Word and Outlook. Knowledge of Infor Cloudsuite Industrial (Syteline) or similar inventory tracking. Excellent attendance is a must.
