Work is primarily performed while standing and walking, with regular movement between storage areas, workstations, and shipping or disposal areas. You will work with sub-zero freezers and dry ice for sample storage, requiring comfort in cold environments and safe handling of temperature-controlled materials. The position combines independent work with collaborative tasks, and you will be expected to meet defined productivity metrics during each shift while coordinating with team members and leadership as needed.
