Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, detailoriented ShippingReceiving Dock Worker to join our warehouse operations team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate, efficient, and safe movement of goods in and out of the facility. The ideal candidate is organized, safetyfocused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment (training available if needed) Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, packaging, palletizing, and documentation Maintain accurate records for all shipping and receiving documentation Organize and maintain the dock area to ensure cleanliness and safety Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and internal departments regarding shipments and deliveries Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting Follow all safety guidelines, including OSHA and company policies Assist with all other duties as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or dock experience a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Forklift experience required What We Offer Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for training, advancement, and crosstraining A supportive and safetyfocused work environment 1st Shift Hours Shipping & Receiving Dock Worker MAKS Plastics Interested in working for a company that loves it's people first!
