What You'll Do As a Logistics Team Member, you'll help keep donations moving safely and efficiently from our donation docks to our production and retail operations. Every interaction with a donor and every donation you handle directly supports our mission.
Responsibilities include:
Welcome every donor with kindness, professionalism, and gratitude.

Accept donations safely while providing an outstanding customer experience.

Load and unload trucks transporting donations and materials between locations.

Move donations using pallet jacks, carts, and forklifts (certification provided as needed).Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock and warehouse.

Work closely with team members to keep production flowing efficiently.

Follow all safety procedures while working around trucks, forklifts, compactors, and other equipment.

Protect company property and donated goods through honest, ethical decision-making.

Support other operational needs as assigned.
